COOK/CASHIER
COURTYARD GRILL, FULL TIME
EVENINGS
Beautiful brand new
restaurant, The Courtyard Grill, inside Family Sports Center/Kerrville Bowling Center
is now hiring for a full time cook/cashier.
Will primarily prep foods and cook menu items such as burgers,
quesadillas, and the like. Will assemble
salads & sandwiches, bake cookies, popcorn, pretzels and other snack
items. Will prepare daily “Specials”. Will cashier, cook, serve food &
beverage, clean tables, floors & other areas, will wash dishes, inventory
items, and unpack deliveries. Is under
supervision of the Restaurant Manager.
Requires TABC and Food
Handlers certification within 30 days of employment. Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (beer &
wine). High School diploma/GED
required. 1 + years experience as cook
in full service restaurant necessary. Requires
excellent cash management skills and recent cash handling experience. Recent computer experience preferred for touch
screen POS system but not required. Must
have excellent people skills including multi tasking, prioritizing, and working
with all aspects of the public. Requires
the ability to communicate effectively, diplomatically and sometimes
assertively with members, bowlers, and customers. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, push, pull,
twist, turn, bend, stoop, and stand for prolonged periods of time.
